Translated from dutch : “The first acquaintance with Calmel & Joseph was a striking Picpoul de Pinet. This one and only Languedoc white appellation is the epitome of often somewhat boring wines, but Calmel & Joseph’s Picpoul was fresh, aromatic and of great length.”
