Villa Blanche
Delicate pale yellow colour with a more pronounced hue than the 2012 vintage. The wine is subtle floral and exotic on the nose. Full bodied on the palate, this vintage is richer and riper than previous years. The citrus notes (grapefruit, etc.) on entry to the palate give way to flinty notes and candied orange. This wine is elegant and well-balanced and will develop slightly oxydized notes and more complex aromas, such as asparagus and fennel, with bottle age. Picpoul de Pinet is the perfect partner for all seafood dishes.
