Corbières
Brilliant ruby red. In 2020 a wet spring and a somewhat cool summer with a few well-timed rain showers created the conditions for a light, deliciously fruity and highly elegant vintage. The nose, in a clear register of red fruit and spices, offers up raspberry and white pepper, with boxwood and laurel completing the aromatic palette. In the mouth it is pure and incisive, with fine, silky tannins. The Syrah contributes its characteristic fruity, spiciness, while the Grenache confers depth and volume. The profile of our Corbières is one of an altitude wine, rendering it atypical and far from the classic image of the appellation. This makes it a great pleasure to drink whilst young, but it will without any doubt only mellow over time. With its new look label, Adventure presses onwards and upwards in an appellation that is close to our hearts.
