Vitisphère article - 05/2024

At Millésime Bio we revealed two new organic wines, both of which are natural, with no added sulphites. They caught the eye of French journalist Olivier Bazalge, who interviewed our oenologist Laurent Calmel for Vitisphère: "These two Vin de France wines are certainly quite different, they're likely to appeal to urbanites and anyone who likes a touch of originality. [...] The choice of Carignan blanc - a rare grape variety – bears witness to our attachment to our region's terroir and its richness...”

The latest issue of UK trade mag Harpers Wine & Spirit: Get engaged features our three new varietal wines, namely Le Roi Cinsault (Cinsault, Vin de France), La Reine Carignan(ne) (Carignan Blanc, Vin de France) and L'Instant des Cîmes (Chardonnay, AOP Limoux). ✨
Le Roi Cinsault and La Reine Carignan(ne) join our Am Stram Gram range of easy drinking, accessibly-priced wines. Both are made in a lighter-bodied style (12% abv) with no added sulfites. L'Instant des Cimes is a white Limoux made from vines planted high on clay-limestone soils in the upper Aude valley (some of the highest vineyards in the Languedoc).
