According to a recent @Decanter review, our Villa Blanche Grenache rosé 2022 (IGP Pays d'Oc) has “delicate aromas of white blossom🌼and fresh linen open onto a fruit-forward palate that shows notes of pêche de vigne and cherry blossom.🌸 There’s decent weight in the mouth, a swirl of creaminess, and a raspberry pip finish. A rich, dense wine, full of flavour... - 08/2023
For summer sipping, try our Céres 2022, a rosé made from Mourvèdre, Cinsault and Grenache. Reviewed by Decanter, it has “bright and bold aromas of honeydew melon and freshly sliced apple... The palate pushes forth with big sweet cherry fruit 🍒, good concentration and good length. Our Villa Blanche Grenache Rosé 2022 was tasted by wine writer Dominic Rippon for UK on-trade magazine The Buyer as part of a review of IGP Pays d'Oc rosé wines. He writes: “An alluring blend of 40% Grenache Gris and 60% Grenache Noir (….) Off-gris in colour, aromas are refreshingly mineral at first, opening into white flowers, apple and papaya. Peach and pineapple on the palate; delicately juicy with impressive amplitude on the finish. A great aperitif or accompaniment for Mediterranean hors d’oeuvres.”
