Pays d'Oc IGP - German bloggers visit The Domaine - 02/2023
A group of German bloggers came to see us as part of a press trip organised by @Pays d’Oc. We wanted to give them a unique experience that would involve wine tasting combined with some fun, so they visited the domaine and our gites, enjoyed a tasting of our wines, visited our vineyards on electric scooters and then enjoyed a meal where we paired the courses with our wines. Mouth-watering freshness. Fairly long. Great purity and quiet elegance. I’m really impressed with this! It’s been made with a careful, respectful hand and tastes of the grapes and the soil rather than winemaking. It's stems and leaves, concrete and wet-mopped floors, cool brick walls and primary, raw, un-messed-with red fruit. This is generous, honest, full of pure Languedoc fruit and plump, easy tannins.
