New wine !
Presenting l’Astre Divin, our latest wine in our Les Crus range.
It boasts an attractive, bright, straw yellow robe and an expressive nose typical of Clairette Blanche, with citrus fruit (bergamot, lime, bitter orange) and white fruit aromas (pear and peach) followed by hints of toast, vanilla and orange blossom.
Skin contact gives this wine a crisp, lightly tannic, palate-tingling grip. Notes of pear and pineapple mingle with a hint of spice (white pepper and curry); intriguing notes of crème fraiche and gingerbread come through on the finish.
Clairette du Languedoc is an up-and-coming appellation capable of creating fine wines with ageing potential.
