Andalucia came to Occitanie
The 14th of September, Andalucia came to Occitanie when we held a rather special event at Domaine Calmel & Joseph. Wine enthusiasts and lovers of fine dining were treated to an evening of food and wine pairing with a distinctly Spanish theme, thanks to our three partners: local restaurant Le Bastion (Lagrasse), sommelier Baptiste Ross-Bonneau, the e-commerce site AG Gourmet Ibéricos (a wonderful source of authentic Spanish ham). Wines were of course courtesy of Calmel & Joseph.
