Villa Blanche Chardonnay 2016 – Gold Medal – Top 10 of the Best Chardonnay du Monde 2017 !
In 8th position, it’s the third time that we enter in the Top 10 of the competition !
The 24th annual Chardonnay du Monde® competition was held on 8 to 10 March 2017 at Château des Ravatys, the wine estate of the Pasteur Institute at Saint Lager in the Burgundy wine region of France.
- 706 wine samples from 38 countries were tasted. The judges tasted in accordance with the International rules, and they strictly followed Quality Assurance procedures.
- 50 percent of the judges were from outside France.
After three days of judging, the panels awarded medals to 235, or 1/3 of the 706 wines entered. The distribution of medals is as follows: - Medal Distribution
